2. Workshop Cancellation by Participants
We understand that plans can change. If you need to cancel your workshop registration, please notify us as soon as possible using the contact information provided at the end of this policy. The timing of your cancellation will determine your refund eligibility.
2.1 Cancellation More Than 14 Days Before Workshop
If you cancel your workshop registration more than fourteen days before the scheduled workshop date, you will receive a full refund of your registration fee. The refund will be processed using the same payment method you used for your original purchase. Please allow 5-10 business days for the refund to appear in your account, depending on your financial institution.
2.2 Cancellation 7-14 Days Before Workshop
If you cancel your workshop registration between seven and fourteen days before the scheduled workshop date, you will be eligible for a refund of 50% of your registration fee. Alternatively, you may choose to transfer your registration to a future workshop date at no additional cost, subject to availability.
2.3 Cancellation Less Than 7 Days Before Workshop
If you cancel your workshop registration less than seven days before the scheduled workshop date, unfortunately we cannot offer a monetary refund due to the preparation and material costs already incurred. However, you may transfer your registration to a future workshop date, subject to availability and any price differences between workshops.
2.4 No-Shows
If you do not attend your scheduled workshop without prior notification, this will be considered a no-show and no refund or transfer will be offered. We encourage you to contact us if an emergency prevents you from attending, as we review such situations on a case-by-case basis.
3. Workshop Cancellation by Sluzarinvorm
While we make every effort to deliver all scheduled workshops, there may be circumstances beyond our control that require us to cancel or reschedule a workshop.
3.1 Cancellation Due to Low Enrollment
To provide the best workshop experience, we require a minimum number of participants for each session. If enrollment does not meet the minimum threshold, we reserve the right to cancel the workshop. In such cases, registered participants will be notified at least 48 hours before the scheduled workshop date and will be offered either a full refund or the option to transfer to another workshop date.
3.2 Cancellation Due to Unforeseen Circumstances
In the event of instructor illness, severe weather conditions, facility issues, or other unforeseen circumstances that prevent a workshop from taking place, we will notify registered participants as soon as possible. All affected participants will receive a full refund or may choose to transfer their registration to a rescheduled date.
3.3 Rescheduled Workshops
If a workshop is rescheduled rather than cancelled, registered participants will be given the option to attend the new date, transfer to a different workshop, or receive a full refund. We will make every effort to reschedule workshops at convenient times for the majority of registered participants.
4. Workshop Transfers
We offer workshop transfer options for participants who cannot attend their originally scheduled session. Transfers allow you to apply your registration to a future workshop without losing your investment.
4.1 Transfer Request Process
To request a workshop transfer, please contact us using the information provided at the end of this policy. Include your original registration details and your preferred new workshop date. We will confirm the transfer within 2 business days and send you updated registration information.
4.2 Transfer Limitations
Workshop transfers are subject to availability. If the workshop you wish to transfer to is fully booked, we will add you to a waiting list or suggest alternative dates. Each registration may only be transferred once. After the first transfer, any subsequent changes will be treated as a new cancellation and subject to the standard cancellation policy.
4.3 Price Differences
If you transfer to a workshop that has a higher registration fee than your original workshop, you will be required to pay the difference. If you transfer to a workshop with a lower registration fee, the difference will be applied as credit toward a future workshop or product purchase.
5. Products and Materials
In addition to workshop services, we may offer products such as upcycling kits, craft supplies, or finished items for sale. The following return policies apply to physical products purchased through our website or at our workshops.
5.1 Eligibility for Returns
Physical products may be returned within 30 days of purchase, provided they are unused, in their original packaging, and accompanied by proof of purchase. Products that have been opened, used, or show signs of wear are not eligible for return unless they arrived damaged or defective.

To initiate a return, please contact us with your order details and reason for return. We will provide you with return instructions and a return authorization number. If a gift certificate is used for a purchase of lesser value than the certificate amount, the balance will remain as credit for future use. If the purchase exceeds the gift certificate value, the difference must be paid using another accepted payment method.
